I’m a 40-something mom of two and married to my wonder twin. My life has been impacted by adoption, abuse, mental illness and addiction. I will never admit that I was sitting on the toilet when this picture was taken. I have a terrible habit of adding the word ‘situation’ to things like, THAT is an unfortunate hair situation. I started blogging in 2007 when I began the journey of adopting my son, gave it up when he started smearing his shit on the rails of his crib (those were good times). Began blogging again during ,what would be, my second and an ultimately failed adoption. I stopped writing but successfully adopted my fabulous daughter in 2010. Its time to start writing again. My life is filled with various complications, it’s a mom situation.
